Chakra Meditation Daily meditation to reenergize your Energy Centers, raise your Energy Levels, eliminate stress. At each Chakra you will be directed to think on its color.Take 3 deep breaths at each Chakra, holding each breath till you finish counting 1 to 12, and then releasing it.
Crown Chakra Breathe Violet color and imagine it entering thru the crown chakra, hold the breath then exhale imagining the Violet color going down to your body into Mother Earth.
Third Eye ChakraBreathe Indigo color and imagine it entering thru the Third Eye chakra (middle forehead) hold the breath then exhale imagining the Indigo color going down to your body into Mother Earth.
Throat Chakra Breathe Blue color and imagine it entering thru the Throat chakra hold the breath then exhale imagining the Blue color going down to your body into Mother Earth.

Sun Meditation At the sunrise, find a place where you can view the beautiful spectacle that God gives you everyday. There is the same relation between the human organism and the Sun as there is between God and human soul. Without it, without this communion a man cannot grow. The sun's rays are most powerful at dawn. It is then that the human organism is most susceptible to the sun energies. What the sun gives must be accepted and transformed. A man gets energy from the Sun for his brain, for his lungs, his stomach, and his body. There is reason hidden in this energy. To greet the rising Sun means to connect meaningfully with it so that its powers can flow through your organism. The more sunlight a man gets onto himself, the mellower and magnetic he gets. When a man greets the sunlight lovingly then he benefits from it. Soak your feet in warm water with 2 cups of apple cider vinegar and 1 cup of table salt for about 10 minutes.
This procedure will eliminate all the negativity accumulated during the day, as well as reenergize the chakras. The procedure can be repeated daily if desired.

Benefits of Warm Water
Dr. Paulo recommends drinking a glass of warm water in the morning, when rising and at night before bedtime. Benefits of warm water:
Increased metabolic rate detoxifying the body by stimulating the gastrointestinal tract and kidneys.
Helps to get rid of the lactic acid blood uric, and may decrease the number of infections you suffer from.
Decreases the amount of mucous in your sinuses, esophagus and gastrointestinal tract, decreasing the ability for viruses, bad bacteria or fungi to grow or infect your body.
Stimulates the kidney’s function and increases the metabolic rate causing your body to use more calories throughout the day.
Plays the role of the Yang and brings your body back into balance, eliminating the Yin-type imbalances such as frequent chills, depression, sleepiness, “foggy” brain, bloating or retention of fluids.
Liver Cleansing & Gallblader Flush
For your wellbeing and strength follow the cleansing program every 4 months.

This cleanse combines a gallbladder flush with a liver cleanse. It uses apple juice fasting, as described below. People with cancer, candida yeast infection, diabetes, hypoglycemia or stomach ulcers should not use this apple juice fasting procedure because of the high sugar content in the apple juice.
Take 2 cups of organic apple juice approximately every 2 hours from 8:00 AM to 8:00 PM. Altogether, 6 to 7 two-cup servings will have been taken during this period. Do not take any other food or drinks except plain water. Please note, that it is best to make the juice with a juicer and organic apples. Also, the apple juice should not be taken cold from the refrigerator. It should be kept at room temperature because cold drinks can chill the liver. For people with lots of stagnant bile, the collapsed stagnant bile may rush out after drinking apple juice and might feel like having diarrhea but is actually stagnant bile (brownish yellow color).
After 8:30 PM or right before going to bed, take ½-cup (4 oz) of olive oil (extra virgin cold pressed) mixed with ½-cup of lemon juice, squeezed from 3 lemons. Go immediately to bed and sleep on your right side. If there is a large amount of stones, nausea may be felt after drinking olive oil but this feeling will largely disappear on the third day after taking some food.
Upon rising in the morning, take 2 to 3 cups of warm filtered water mixed with the juice from half a grapefruit. Wait 30-minutes, then repeat the entire Day-1 apple juice cleanse, including the olive oil and lemon before going to bed.
Upon rising in the morning, take 2 to 3 cups of warm filtered water containing 1 1/2 teaspoons of un-iodized sea salt. Wait at least 30-minutes before eating or drinking. For the remainder of Day-3, take vegetable broth and softly cooked vegetables only.
The stones should be passed in the stool any time between midnight of Day 1 and the morning of Day 4.
